One person built this on purpose.
Pierre Alcegaire runs Pierre The Tax Guy LLC out of Chambersburg, Pennsylvania. No firm, no junior staff answering your call. He holds a degree in Accounting and an MBA in Data Analytics, with five years in the profession and a background in corporate finance before he went out on his own.
He is not a CPA and does not claim to be one. What he built instead is a practice around a specific idea: filing tells you what already happened, and most people who feel stuck at tax time do not actually have a filing problem. They have a structure problem.
Why this practice exists
Strategy sat with executives. Everyone else got a filing service.
Sophisticated tax strategy was already available, but mostly to corporate executives and the very wealthy who could afford a full advisory team. Contractors, owner operators, and small business owners who had genuinely outgrown basic filing were still being handed a return once a year and nothing else.
Pierre built this practice to close that gap for people doing real, profitable work with their hands and their trucks and their crews, not just the people already sitting in a corner office.
Structure over compliance
“Filing reports what happened. Structuring shapes what happens next.”
That line is Pierre's own, and it is the whole approach in one sentence. By the time a return is on the screen, the decisions that actually moved the number are already made. Structure work happens before that: how the business is formed, what an owner pays themselves, when income lands, which accounts absorb it.
Most people who feel like they are overpaying every year do not need a faster filer. They need someone to look at the structure underneath the numbers, which is the part a once-a-year filing relationship never gets to.

Who this fits best
Business owners and high earners who have outgrown a plain return.
He names three trades specifically: contractors and construction, logistics and trucking, and home service businesses, alongside W-2 earners above $100K and business owners clearing $60K or more in profit. The thread running through all of them is variability, income that does not arrive in a single tidy stream, and very little proactive planning before Pierre.
He runs the practice in English and Haitian Creole, so a client who is more comfortable in Creole never has to sign a return they only half understood. Hours run Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 10 PM, and 8 AM to 6 PM on Saturday and Sunday.
In person, he works with clients within about 50 miles of Chambersburg. Beyond that, everything runs remotely, anywhere in the country.
He is a rental property investor and a business owner himself, so the advice comes from someone applying the same structure to his own income before he ever suggests it to a client.
